Our Story
The Dirt on Dinger Excavation
Dinger Excavation was officially founded in 2019 by Austen Dinger, who grew up around construction while working alongside his father in the custom homebuilding and renovation business. With a strong foundation in construction and a drive to build something of his own, Austen launched Dinger Excavation to provide reliable excavation and site development services across North Texas.
In 2023, Shannon Dinger joined the company full time after earning her Law degree in Business Law & Compliance from Texas A&M University here in Fort Worth. Before stepping into her role at Dinger Excavation, Shannon worked as a construction project manager, gaining valuable industry experience and ability to manage complex projects.
Driven by determination and entrepreneurial spirit, Austen and Shannon lead Dinger Excavation with practical experience, accountability, and a focus on quality work. None of it would be possible without their incredible field team, whose skill and dedication bring every project to life.
