Our Story
The Dirt on Dinger Excavation
Dinger Excavation was founded in 2019 by Austen Dinger, who grew up around construction working alongside his father in the custom homebuilding business. With years of hands on experience and a drive to build something of his own, Austen started Dinger Excavation and has continued growing the company throughout North Texas.
Shannon joined the company full time after earning her law degree in Business Law from Texas A&M University. With a background in construction project management, she brings industry experience and a strong understanding of the business side of construction.
Today, Austen and Shannon lead Dinger Excavation together with a focus on quality work, accountability, and taking care of their customers. Behind it all is an incredible field team whose experience and hard work keep every project moving.
