Austen’s deep-rooted experience in the construction industry began at a young age, working in his father’s custom home building business. Shannon brings valuable expertise as a former commercial construction project manager, further enhancing their capabilities.

Together, they combine unique skills, talents, and experiences to successfully manage and oversee various projects, from residential to commercial.
